long ride with guy round nanima and lake george. a quiet morning but there were the usual number of d*&kheads in utes on the murrumbateman road. A pretty solid ride again followed by coffee with the rest of the bilbys at good brothers which looked like the only place open.

Note

Another visit to Cathy as still have the plantar fasciitis - not much change really so keeping going with exercises, have some different taping with kineso tape to try out.

HFW with a couple of blackies thrown in. According to strava these were my two best ever - the difference was that I was on my new bike instead of the old metal one

MTB ride instead of a long run, but followed a sort of long run route. The tricky track was trickier on a bike. Hot from the start and was sweating buckets on the climb up ainslie
