Bilbys long, fairly solid ride, nice early but was heating up o we had to call in at Hall for extra water

Bilbys thursday intervals on the ridge, just steve hanley there who is the hoggster of the bilbys i.e. has to decide where the run is going ;) we did hills up the old cockies double hill, but going to the very top and then down to another gate. Not very consistent reps but good to get some hills done. Running up relatively pain free but downhill not so good, I think my ideal set at the moment would be hill reps up blackie and get a lift down by car.

Bilbys warmup, was 10 minutes late which worked quite well as I missed half of the stretching and prancing.

A whistle set, as it was the first run back since the last set of injections I took it easy and just did the extra short of 2x 5min, 2x3min. Very slow again but feet didn't get any worse which was a positive no doubt helped by the lashings of tape that I'd applied.
