Bilbys ride, started with nick but he had some loose screws in his cleats so most of the ride was solo. Wasn't feeling that great, but was actually a reasonable ride

Mountain bike 45:41 [3] 11.64 km (3:55 / km) +217m 3:35 / km

standard lap of bruce, the rain had loosened a bit of gravel which didn't help the higher than usual degree of unco-ness

should have been bilbys but no-one was there and was having a massive cbf so ended up just doing an easy run on the ridge.

Running intervals 27:11 [4] 6.28 km (4:20 / km) +8m 4:18 / km

Bilbys intervals, 6x800m. The first three were ok, but then the elastic to lance broke and the pace dropped. Still feeling bashed about from coming off the bike which didn't help. Still a bit better than last week. After visit to cathy yesterday am slowly building up volume but still 3 runs per week.

Cockies long run with BA, Lucy and Ian. A pretty standard Ainslie-Majura run and a good group. Everyone else was a lot more hardcore than me and carried on to do 2hrs + after the top of majura. As it was the longest run for a long time for me after 90 min I decided that was a good point to head back.
