Running long 1:38:41 [3] 17.34 km (5:41 / km) +459m 5:02 / km
shoes: Hoka one one stinson trail

A rainy morning so decided to run instead of ride. Over the ridge and black mountain to the lab where I had a couple of things to do then back the short way. Not that fast but good to get over the 90 min threshold.

Mountain bike 43:02 [3] 11.47 km (3:45 / km) +214m 3:26 / km

evening lap of the ridge, a bit chilly so not many riders out there.

Running 1:08:52 [3] 13.32 km (5:10 / km) +185m 4:50 / km
shoes: Hoka one one stinson trail

Bilbys thursday intervals ended up being a trail run round the ridges. Didn't mind not doing intervals as was feeling pretty tired. Much cooler evening for a change.

Bilbys warm up 29:59 [3] 2.66 km (11:16 / km) +38m 10:31 / km
shoes: Hoka one one stinson trail

Running intervals 33:09 [4] 7.9 km (4:12 / km) +28m 4:07 / km
shoes: Hoka one one stinson trail

bilbys intervals, unfortunately it was still light so everyone got to see my new clown shoes. Still building the distance OK, but dropping speed in the later ones. 5x 1km then 2x 600m, which was between long and extra long, it was debatable whether the 2x 600m was really worth it as they were slower than the 1kms

Running warm up/down 5:37 [3] 1.0 km (5:37 / km) +354m 2:02 / km
shoes: Hoka one one stinson trail

Evening run on the ridge testing new maximalist shoes; Hoka One One Stinson Trail. Super slow but definitely less impact on my feet which what I was after. And yes, they look ridiculous!
