Bilbys long ride. It was a bit foggy and there was talk of rain so I wasn't that optimistic about getting a ride in today. Turned out to new OK, there was a slightly too big group that included the medium and long rides, so I was happy to sit on the front and keep out of trouble. There was a bossy shouting chick in the group who was giving superfluous instructions when everyone knew what they were doing. Out to the wineries and wallaroo road, a bunch of us made a getaway from the shouty chick group and had a good ride out to spring range road and then back through gunghalin.

Bilbys intervals on bruce ridge. Just Jodie and Emily there due to the possibility of rain. We did the old cockies hill ints, 6 sets for me. Seemed to go fairly well. Just got back to the carpark before it started peeing down.

Bilbys at the ridge again with a bigger turnout than last week. Today was six pretzels. I felt like I was putting in a good effort all the way through the set but the reps did get slower as I went. It helped having craig and liam running with me - which hasn't happened for a while as I've been too slow.
