Thursday bilbys with a good group of guy, kylie, nan, jodie and two new random girls (probably last years novices). Jodie got us all organised for a single track interval up to the top of O'connor ridge. We did them for 30mins which was enough for 7 reps for me. Slowed a bit towards the end but was pleased with the intensity of the session, one of the best since I got back running......although it's a bit of a case of enjoy while I can as I'm back under the knife again on Tuesday for the first installment of metalwork removal and scraping the bone end to smooth it out a bit
