Bruce ridge lap on single track, bike had been serviced so was a bit quicker than last time I rode round there. Had a bit of a shock when I saw a stick that I thought looked like a snake, then realised it was one when it started moving - just manned to avoid it.

Lake G lap testing achilles. Was ntb and the voltaren wrap overnight stopped it flaring up again

Todays physio was eliza who reckoned that mtb riding was a good idea (pool running was also another one - but we'll see about that), so I did a little trip round brucie including some easy single track. Got overtaken a lot!

Still having achilles tendonitis issues so did a short ride in the wet sticking to the roads. Temperature was ok, so was fun riding despite the wet.
