Bilbys ride with a few of the usual suspects, guy, messenger, neeson, wen, plus a few others. Wineries and walloroo first where we lost guy, messenger and neeson when messenger pulled out on the wallaroo climb. Then a more select bunch did spring range road, followed by hall and an express ride back for coffee led by rachel who was in a hurry to get back. Freezing at the start but warmed up nicely by the end, cracker day for riding.

Mountain bike 50:37 [3] 13.59 km (3:43 / km) +207m 3:28 / km

Afternoon ride with gramps and kate on the ridge. They both have mtb skillz so I was the last in the train and had a few little stops to get over rocks and round tight corners.

Ridge run with the bilbys, no intervals just a bit of trail. Getting a bit nippy

An after work lap of the ridge then a bit of extra. Found a nice bit of newly fixed up track and a few steepish downhills. Still nice and damp so tracks were great riding.

Backwards ridge lap, feeling a bit bashed up before the ride following physio immediately before. A lot of riders going the opposite way and not stopping even when I was climbing - quite rude I thought

This weeks max time is 40 mins, this run on the ridge was just under, so should keep cathy happy ;) Pushed a bit harder and managed to get it under 5 min/km, although I was running like a tub of lard.
