Putting tapes out for blue lightning training and collecting them again, put one on the wrong boulder - deliberate of course to keep them on their toes ;) By the time I'd done that I'd exceeded my physio sanctioned running allowance for the day so didn't got back out and do a real course.

bilbys aladdins lamp ride. was with the medium solid group until my light came loose, couldn't get bad after stopping, but caught kim who'd been dropped, then we were waiting ages at some lights and got into the medium group for the way back.

Bilbys intervals on a windy evening. I did 6 reps of about 800m, which was the shorter version of medium. The achilles was noticeably sore but not getting worse with each rep so I kept going until I'd done the 6. Running with the tatt guy, should learn and remember his real name one day...

Decided to try and build up the frequency of running - at the moment this isn't physio approved so it might get canned by cathy tomorrow - so did a half lap of o'connor, tried to do a decent-ish pace as it is a short run.
