Bilbys c-u ride. Smallish turnout today so there was pretty much one bunch. We picked up a couple of randoms at stromlo who rode with us for the rest of the ride. Had an unearned bacon and egg roll at the refurbished sfoglia, a lot more marble in there now, but the menu's the same

Thursday night bilbys, just gary there tonight. Did 6 reps of the tombstone, think the pace was a bit better than last week and maybe felt marginally easier. Maybe the green tea and calf raises are doing some good ;)

Bilbys long set of 7x ~800m with ~200 recovery. Pretty consistent pace apart from the last where I was a bit lazy. Was getting colder through the set so had to pile a load of clothes on at the end. I was happy with the pace, achilles held up reasonably well.

Second day at sandhills, again on M45A course. Started off well with a good run on the long leg to 1, 3 was good until near the circle where I got distracted by a big termie. I think I got distracted by getting ahead of graham at 5 the proceeding to mess up 6, then went high on 7 and then missed the last by getting into a train of W21Es who had an extra control. Repeat of yesterdays 4th place
