Sat bilbys with a reasonable size group including neeson, gary, prosseri, son-to and an NRS chick. Originally meant to be C-U but with the blanket fog we headed to lake george. I was slow to start but warmed into it after a while and so when the NRS chick wanted to do shingle hill way I was happy to join her along with son-to, for 40km at a solid pace. Never really got warm so was glad to find an inside seat at the cafe afterwards.

Thursday bilbys, usual crew of gary, guy and ken. Six tombstones, was reasonably happy with them as I didn't drop too much speed during the set. Good break from looking at computer screens all day.

Bilbys mugga loop. Quite warm this morning and only a sprinkling of rain. A bit disorganised as the group was a combo of medium fast down to not-so-medium riders so the rolling paceline wasn't really rolling. Plus the random tandem was there.

Bilbys ints on a coolish evening. Short reps round the top field (~600m), couldn't keep up with scott who was smashing out the reps, still not a bad set considering I'd come straight from the table of pain at the physio

Solo sunday run on majura and ainslie. Was nippy to start with, but good views from majura over the fog patches around the airport. Made it a bit longer than usual by going into campbell park then up the run-up track to ainslie. Was beginning to get tired here so it was straight down the tricky track back to the car.
