Vikings ride, we were meeting at stroll so I went early and got in a lap of C-U before as I expected it to be pretty easy going. It was apart from the vikings rule that the first one to the top of a climb goes back down to the last rider and climbs with them. Sim got everyone to do condor as well so this ended up being a bit longer than I was expecting by the time we'd been to coolo court for coffee at the not-so-good grumpy greek place

The plan of 6x 1km wasn't going to happen after a long ride this morning, so it became 10x 1min on the ridge. Pace varied a bit depending on whether I was on a hill or not.

Long ride with a mixed crew of vikings to lake G and nanima road. It was a good morning to be out riding, cool enough that I started in arm warmers and gilet. We were riding at a steady pace but kept together well so there was no waiting around at the top of hills etc.

Run with Scott along the Yarra trail, this was meant to be 70 mins with a 15-20 min interval at 4.20 pace. The interval started at the bottom of a downhill so we ended up slowing down at the start of it. Solid morning's work.
