Last full day at jindabyne and some fresh legs had turned up for the last weekend. I set off for guthega-charlotte pass with guy, kylie, neeson and sean, pretty soon sean and I had dropped the rest as we settled into the long drag to rennin gap. The side trip to guthega was well worth it for the great descent, then it was time to climb out and onto charlotte pass. We stopped at the top to chat to a few others who'd just done the CP ride then down to the Eyre cafe for coffee and cake to refuel. On the way out we filled our bottles from a container of water on the deck, it seemed a bit frothy but thought nothing of it. Then team time trialled down the mountain back to camp. When we got there we found out that we'd filled up with hand washing water - luckily I'd only drunk one bottle on the descent ;)

Main range run from charlotte pass. Set off with a group but was soon out front with shane. A pretty steady run, stopped at the top of kosi to wait for shane, he descended a bit faster so I was 100-200m back. Halfway down I got stopped by an old bloke who wanted me to tell the triathletes running up the hill that their running technique was all wrong, I didn't hang around to discuss it with him.

Long ride over dean horse gap to Tom Groggin and back. Thought I might set the brakes on fire on the descent, then it was a bit of a slog climbing up. Had to wait 20 mins for guy and kylie at the top, then coffee in thredders before descending.
