Bilbys majura-sutton loop, once we split off the medium bunch this was quite pact. Only did medium distance as tapering, but it turned out to be fairly quick for a saturday ride.

Friday Norman, Red Hill this week. Went with fast medium for an easy ride, but it turned out to be reasonably quick, with a bonus gallop tacked on the end as well

Bilbys. 8x600(100). All part of Guy's plan to increase work and reduce recovery, on the current trend next week will be 800s with a 100 recovery. The first 4 were quick then I popped and they blew out to 2.20

Long run, tennent then bushford flat returning over the edge of tennent. Not too hot a morning but did heat up a bit in the sun, especially out on the last bit of fire trail to the summit. A few other runners and walkers out in this section of the run. Bushford flat was deserted, not even any roos, I was thinking that it looked a bit snakey; grass and a nice path to bask inso was keeping half an eye out but didn't see any. Then onto the little climb up over the edge of mt T where I tried to push on a bit, there was a snake up here, a big black one on the edge of the track, I'd already got level with it when I spotted it so pushed on pretty quick. Back to the visitor centre in a touch over 2 hours, which is a couple of minutes quicker than last time I ran this in september.
