Indoor trainer, but taking it easy

Got the indoor trainer set up but haven't managed to get the power meter I borrowed to connect to the garmin yet, so just going on heart rate. 30 mins with 2 x 2min at a high intensity. Using my old bike which needs a service so only had one gear which meant dialling up the resistance.
