did wr up than kickick and swim

test set today for 1000 a somewhat slow 18:40 for me.

Sunday Feb 24

shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D
First run in a while due to pneumonia, felt very strong, but lungs still a little weak. Trails covered with ice, but the salomons did well.

Friday Feb 22

Swimming, did not do test set of 10X 100 all out, Ann had alternate for me to get back in the the water warm up kicking then free, pull free sets.
It felt great.

lots of kicking, then more kicking, then even a little more kicking.

100 cool down.
I loved this set, netx time I will do them as 100s vs 50's

Did road run 5K,nice night 5:30 pace

My cold is still slowing me down and kicking my butt, I just cant get enough of that good good AIR!

Did a race pace set at WSU 5K course. I need to run consistan 5:12 Kms
so that = pace sets.
This killed my cold and I will, and have paied for it this week.
