Felt real tired the last 15min, feel like I am comming down with a cold

Event: OCIN Mt. Airy Forest NOD

Started on north rim trail went to bear's den dropped to lower river and climbed at water falls. Went back to MTB area parking lot.
Mt Biking 45:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:30 / mi) +30m 4:35 / km
Started on the inner loop, then did the out and back to Orton monument.
A little cool after the run.
