Great session. 10 of us banging it out. Only 5 of us finished the whole session. Doing the 200m in ~31sec. Good to have a couple of fast boys to drag me round this kind of session!

AM Hemlangten from Pony Club. 4 loops in the forest in DEEP snow. Took it quite easy, but tough training!

PM Mil + red loop. Tracks were amazing. Cool skiing in the dark. They are really getting things ready for VM.

AM Out to the trails and round the 15km loop. Great conditions. Skied back in.

Running 58:00 [3] 9.0 km (6:27 / km)

PM Run over to Lugnet for intervals with Wille and back.

Intervals 32:00 [3] 9.6 km (3:20 / km)

4 x 8min off 2min Tempo intervals with Wille on the military tracks which were cleared of snow. Great session in the night with snow on the trees etc.
