Rachel and Hanne looked after Mattie so I could get a quick jog in. Gribdale up to Capn Cooks monument, then back down searching for the cool path in the woods I vaguely remembered, which I found :-D Back to the car to pick up my jacket and sling then part way up the main track to meet the others before spectating the fell race.
