| smålandskavlen. ran last leg for the second team. went ok but not great, lost concentration in the middle and made a couple of mistakes. coughed quite a lot too, think there must be some of the cold left behind still and had some trouble breathing. |

| run down rivelin and back up through the stables. Was feeling tired and worn out beforehand but felt much better after :) tested out the new headtorch, pretty impressive! |
