Orienteering race 1:00:00 [5]
smålandskavlen. ran last leg for the second team. went ok but not great, lost concentration in the middle and made a couple of mistakes. coughed quite a lot too, think there must be some of the cold left behind still and had some trouble breathing.
Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]
warming up with Sofia. no time to warm down, sat in a car for 3.5 hours instead and made my plane by 10 mins!

Hallamshire reps. 3x langsett long route 6.19, 6.21, 6.24. lungs not too bad but hard to push properly on my own.

run down rivelin and back up through the stables. Was feeling tired and worn out beforehand but felt much better after :) tested out the new headtorch, pretty impressive!
