| first leg for the hallamshire second team. feeling really heavy legged and tired. was almost at the back after the first 200m but then passed 3 people. lungs burning a lot by the end! team ended up 10th and first team 4th - a good hallamshire showing (and well done to lizzie for running 2 legs and still being fast!) :) |
