Running race 28:00 [5]

Last of the south yorks cross country races. Feeling very tired this morning after going to bed too late. The course was wierd, very twisty turny, almost totally flat and quite a lot of hard surface. I taped my ankle a lot and wore o shoes. Felt ok at the beginning but got a real burn in the bottom of my lungs half way round and really couldn't go any faster.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3]

Orienteering 25:00 [4]

waking up the boxes for the prologue of the chasing sprint. really enjoyed running on the new map. missed one of the controls and managed to turn my ankle quite bad but apart from that it was fun and we missed the rain :) then went straight over to manchester..

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2]

Running hills (Tricketts) 25:00 [5]

The wettest training session I have done in a long time. 3 x 4 (S M1, M2, L) with jog back down as recovery

Running warm up/down 55:00 [3]

home to the club house then up to tricketts. I always forget how far away it is. straight back home up rivelin bank which almost killed me. Finally got home resembling a drowned rat. But then went for dinner at Jabu Fondue :-)
