hallamshire light reps. 3 x hillsborough park loop. first half hard, 2nd half tempo. 3.10, 3.16, 3.12 struggled on the first one to get the breathing going but felt better on the second 2.
then 3 strides to get the legs moving.
had a bit of a coughing fit after but generally ok. will see how i feel tomorrow...
