wow, SUN!! run with laura from heatherdene up winhill, along the back and past hagg farm and back over the breasts. very nice and we had ice cream after :)

round the streets and bole hill.
felt knackered when i got home but forced myself out the door. glad i did but bit dizzy after. back in time for another hours work before ugly betty :)

Running intervals (hallamshire) 1:04:20 [3]

down to kwik fit to pick up my car then to the clubhouse. warm up with the girls then 25 mins of fartlek. it was more fart than lek but thats partly because i haven't done reps for ages so was at the back for the first few. good fun though and nice to see everyone :) warm down lap after.

this morning i hit my head on the kitchen cupboard and have a large lump on my forehead then had a mouthful of cereal with gone off milk (more annoying because there were still 2 days til the use by date). not a good start to the day.
