Orienteering (SHI relay) 40:00 [3]

went out in first on last leg and came back in first. phew :)
much more fun area that yesterday and good to run with pressure on my shoulders. made some unnecessary mistakes though.. feeling quite worn out and felt quite sick part way round due to racing hard but managed to get to the end :) good effort from the england girls to take 1st and 2nd :D

didn't get a good start by losing 1 1/2 mins on number one slimbing through a lot of brambles. can't say i really enjoyed the first half but then caught up fiona which made it more of a race and i couldn't shake her until right at the end. my first shi win!

arms managed much better this week but still got tired towards the end and fell off a lot of routes. some good tips from phil and jen to get up some fun routes and manged the big green one on the skip :)

40-20s hard work on the first week back. think i might ache tomorrow!
crazy day at work and was late to circuits but the boys had it under control :)
