Cliffhanger. Disqualified on the first course as one of my punches didn't register. Disqualified on the second course for getting the controls in the wrong order in the maze. Not a good start to my Rothman orienteering career!! great fun though :)

post wedding run with a big crowd. A lot of faffing (sorry!) meant we started an hour and a half late... but once we got going the run was fun and we had a nice picnic after :)

pre wedding run with Helen, Mhairi, Dave and Alan. Got shouted at by an angry landowner at one point telling us we were on private property. Al told him we were following the map to which he replied "obviously not very well"!! Good fun and great to get out before the chaos started ;)

Along Froggatt Edge, up past the pub and back along white edge to the NT car park. 12 mins war m up with Helen and Tom then 8 x 3 mins (1 min) with Helen then warm down. Good session. Hardest i've run in a while, really good session :)
