thought about doing park run but didn't wake up til 10...

Set off on a long Derwent Edge run but realised neither of us were feeling that great so turned round after 20 mins and went back. Beautiful purple heather but head not with it.

It is ridiculous the amount we have been sleeping the last few days. I have slept more than 12 hours if you include afternoon naps + nighttime. Wonder if i'm fighting a bug or if its just end of woc syndrome?

I planned to go training today, but I got home just after 4 and fell asleep for 2 hours only waking up when alex texted me to see if I was on my way to graves park. oops. My body seems to have gone into shutdown mode this week, I am constantly tired and getting hungry earlier than normal. Lots of recovery needed this weekend.
