Great birthday run with Alex from Edale up towards Mam Tor and around the skyline coming back down Grindslow knoll. Quite wet in places but at least I only sunk to my knees in bog, alex made it up to his waist almost! My legs were shot by the end, had to descend relatively slowly whereas Alex flew down the hill.
Beautiful day for a long run followed by lunch in the pub with Jon, Corrine and Elise :)
