from home out to Damflask, strines, almost high brandfield, down to Outibridge and up to Greno. Didn't pick a very nice road down the hill (v bumpy, v steep) and the climb up to Greno was a bitch, but it was a great ride and my first all on my own :-)

just swam continuously in an attempt to restore sanity. Swimming isn't as head calming as running as I have to concentrate more on what i'm doing.
Big toe has got bad enough that I need to stop running for a bit :-( Got some stronger anti inflammatories from the GP so hopefully they will kick in soon...
