Lovely run with dad around Redmires reservoirs. I mainly vented about all my problems at work! I think he enjoys these runs as it's the first time in a long while that he's been faster than me :-)

Working at home all morning waiting for the builder and plumber so snuck out for a nice loop round Bole Hill. Felt pretty good and ran all the way up the hill - happy with that!
