Seriously tough session today. The 10 mins of (10 x press-up, 15 x jump squat, 20 x kettle bell swing) as many times as you can was a real killer to finish. It's gonna hurt.

Short morning loop on my own from Florence's before a very long drive back on my own with the two boys. Drizzling slightly but absolutely loved this run. It's so nice to be able to run before breakfast again. It was gorgeous in the woods. Happy happy :-D
