From home through Bole hill and extended past the stables and the cemetery. Ankle still feeling good and ran without the support today :-D

From home down to Rivelin then along the bottom for a bit and back to the park to play with Mattie and Ali whilst Alex ran. Really nice to be back running again! Ankle felt ok which was a relief. Just a couple of twinges. Need to make sure I work on it later.

Pro session with lots of core work as well as fairly heavy weights. Some new exercises which was fun. Really enjoy the Prime Mover sessions.
