Shattered this morning after another 5 hour sleep night but I had kids club b booked so went to the gym anyway. The pump class was full so I put Fighting Talk on , watched virtual mountain runs and knocked out 6 miles. Longest treadmill run yet. Can’t wait for a bit more sleep.

Very little sleep as Ali has a bad cough and think I’m probably fighting whatever the boys have had/have.

From Flynn rink, taking in Boojum rock.

It snowed for 90 mins today, and they were the 90 mins we were out hiking. Ali got fed up with it after an hour but overall he did well. It was beautiful in the snow but seriously cold!

Not feeling great at the moment (battling a cold and just generally exhausted) but wanted to make the most of my kids club reservation so just did 35 on the x trainer. Then lots of stretching and rolling and a quick go in the steam room and hot tub.
