A steady loop around fresh pond. I’d hoped to do longer today but not enough time. I did stop for a few mins to watch the owls though. They are such beautiful birds. A baby was grounded a few weeks ago but has survived and is really quite big now. She’s learning how to fly which was cool to watch. Today I could see the whole family - Mum and dad were in the area too and bringing food. There was a guy with a huge camera so I got to see close ups too :-)

From home around fresh pond. Tried quite hard today and definitely feel like I’m getting faster. Fairly sure this is the first time I’ve done this route under 40 mins so a pb by quite a lot :-) need to try to get some longer runs in but it’s so hard juggling work and kids.
