Lunchtime run round little Black Mtn. Kept a sharp eye out for the black mountain streaker but only saw runners and mtb-ers.

4 x 1600 m, 400 m recovery. Usual warm up and warm down even though it wasn't very warm at all. I need to get some winter running gear.

Found out the Wagga Wagga Trail Marathon is on August 17. Have put that one on the calendar, might give it a shot.

I was too slow through the thick green and made a couple of big mistakes, then got bitten by a spider and wasted some time checking whether it was a nasty one or not. Even for me, it was quite a poor run today. But I did enjoy most of it - I am getting better at running in the bush again (in circles).

Red 2 out at sandhills. Fun course, long legs around the hills mixed in with lots of short ones in the rocks. I had a great time.

bilbys, long set of 3 x 1600 m (400 float in between) then 3 x 400 m with 200 m recovery, didn't time it but with the warm up/down I think it would have been an hour or so. Fun session.
