Orienteering 1:50:00 [3] 10.0 km (11:00 / km)

Jogged round the long red as a "long run". The coursesetter added an extra challenge at number 10 by putting the control on a completely different boulder cluster to the one circled on the map. Nice one mate but you'll have to try harder to out-fox me next time because I found it anyway. I liked the eucalypt bits more than the pines but overall it was really enjoyable running. A good day out, despite substantial time losses at number ten and at all the fence crossings. I wish my legs were longer.

Saturday's cross country round Mt Ainslie. The final hills killed me. Shannon is running very well at the moment, I was next girl after her (4th I think), many minutes back.
