Run 1:58:00 [3]

Ran up Mt Tennant with mace while robw and devil did a different run. Great fun with mace and nice scenery. The weather was good for running - warm at the bottom but freezing and windy at the top. We felt very "hard core" for running the whole way up, which took about 1:03. I think everybody had a great time today, it's such a great area for doing long hilly runs.

Run 1:50:00 [3]

Have done too many XC races in the past few weeks and I didn't feel like doing any more this weekend, so decided to run with Susie and Kate instead. We ran from Watson over Mt Maj and then across to Mt Ainslie. Easy pace, and good to catch up with the girls.

Run 45:00 [3]

Run after work with AYUPs. Ran up to the saddle on Black Mtn then down across Belconnen Way and along past the caravan park on the track down to Dryandra, then back to work again. Very dark, good to have AYUPs on this run.

Bilbys 1:00:00 [3]

Bilbys whistle set. I did long with 4 x 3 mins, then 10 x 2 mins. Freezing cold and misty on the ovals but good fun with mace, lucy, devil, kate, jess, julieq etc. Made the mistake of doing the warm up with kate - she runs at top speed - but it was good to keep warm, my legs took ages to warm up and I got freezing at the end of the set. Yummy pizza at debacle afterwards, thanks mace.
