pumped weights in the morning (250kgs on the leg pushing up thing).and did a longer run later.

had a bit of an easy day today, i had to take the intervals in the morning quite easy because it was still dark (5:30am) and i couldnt see where i was running...um...yes so i went for another run in the afternoon... i have started to taper my training shedule for easter and am carbohydrate loading too.
