Aqua Jogging with my also crippled brother....also found out my Dad pulled hamstring refereeing rugby today...and add that to Joel who hurt his neck playing rugby recently. Looks like there is only two in the family that havent managed to hurt them selves....yet...

No pai in knee again, handled reasonable pace alright too...still a bit scared of hurting knee again so cant really put the gas on

No pain at all! very happy. Still a bit like skating on thin ice though...or as I have once put it before: like taking a Ferrari out for a spin on the Autobahm and not being allowed to go faster than 50km/hr!

Had Physio. Knee was a bit stiff this morning so thought better to rest today, give my bruise from the ITB rolling a chance to heal too!
I get the feeling my body is trying to tell me to back off a bit yet my mind cant get enough!
