| Felt I ran a solid race....however just totally wasnt on the pace, and got beaten by Greg by 22 sec. Whole weekend didnt feel like I was firing on all cylinders...hopefully next weekend I will be up for some faster cleaner racing :-) |

| Tried to just take it slow and steady. Was successful in the fact that I made no major stuff ups but definitely sacrificed some speed. Felt physically strong at the end, mentally was getting a bit tired. |

| Follow up visit to the Doctor. I don't have diabetes, I dont have any signs of kidney disease, nor kidney or bladder infection. Just too much heavy running for my light frame....and not enough water before and after running. Got some scales to measure weight loss during a run, so I can properly re-hydrate. |
