Thought i was over my illness but no, got some more antibiotics...hopefully none of those indian ones! The ice broke with my ITB as well stupid thing...

Gentle run...very gentle...felt like skating on thin ice...but think I shall be all good from now on just need to make sure I keep strength stuff up with running so can minimise the chances of it coming back!

Knee was much better today, slightly less flem to contend with also. Think I will go for a little run tomorrow....just nice and gentle so I hopefully dont feel any ITB pain.
