The Salmon Run. Paddle was cancelled so we ended up doing the duathlon. Got smashed on the bike in the wind, then fell off the bunch when it fractured going round the corner as the guys in front of me, didnt see it, or couldnt close it so gunned it to try and failed unfortunately, so stuck on my ow for a bit with two others that were at the red line by the looks of things... Run sucked, legs were smashed from the bike and only really started to run properly in the last 2km. Pity the run wasnt longer as I was just starting to make some gains
