Finally able to get my HR in to the right zone ( >176), finally able to feel like I can run fast again (2.57min/k), finally feeling like I want to be doing these again and finally getting some quality training in!
Also afterwards Paul had a look at my hamstring/leg, which has been bothering me since Heights of Winter, figured out what was wrong with it and pretty much fixed it on the spot. Just got some flexibility exercises to do now. So much happier, hopefully so much faster too.
