Long distance, my favorite distance. Started out slow...as per usual, maybe everyone else starts fast? made wrong choice on long leg...either that or didnt execute it as well as I could have. Had Cam tier catch me at the end of it and ran with him until he blew a value. Cruised into the finish. Shame I didn't have Gene to put some immense pressure on me through the last controls

Bit of a disaster... mentally not there tonight, physically not really either. Plus not feeling 100% and first my ride ditched me, then my other ride didn't reply, so was in a bit of a rush to get out there, didn't really plan well, had real trouble finding the stupid things as I was being a bit of a retard. Got some flow going and then let it all descend into chaos by struggling to find one with an ambiguous description. Then "saved" time by not getting light out and then accidentally skipped a control out and had to get it on the way back, preserve-ring with out a light until the end. Just made it back in time.
