Ankle was too sore to even walk on, no orienteering today. Plus side, overall apart from tired don't feel too wasted.

Three Passes trip with Matt and Tim. Crossed over with Nick and Will at almost exactly halfway, who we switched cars with either side. Pretty amazing trip! Awesome views and reasonable company. Managed to sprain ankle pretty bad just before Harman hut. Matt gave me some codeine which made it possible for me to get the remaining 20km's out to the car.
