5 x 1km intervals @5km pace. 3:26, 3.21, 3:18, 3:25, 3:25. Felt good, HR not accurate as just had wrist (misplaced my strap somewhere). Altitude training paying off by the looks of things... feet not used to hard flat pavement as I got a blister... dam it!
