night o züriberg. countdown training for 10mila!
also some good parts. especially when the forest was open (for a few meters) i felt quite well, could speed up and keep up with david s. but most of the time i was looking for the lamp which was hanging 'round somewhere... uphill still not on a modest level. guess i won't need that skill too much at 10mila...
