Easy recovery run after yesterday's final race of EX2 season. Felt OK and will continue recovery run tomorrow with a possible interval session on Wednesday. Back into Winter training with next running race not until around New Years Day (maybe a 5k or 10k). Will sit down and plan out training schedule over next few days, in particular when to do the speedwork.
