| Road Run around neighbourhood in Kansas City, before a day of painting and house repair. Felt reasonable but rest of Sat and Sunday were washed out with painting a deck, must be getting old because body quite stiff on Monday morning |

| Road run around community out to Linton Hall Road , and round to front of community then the 4 cul-de sacs on way back. Felt less sticky than yesterday and was able to push a little bit. |

| Morning golf course run,gentle run again just taking in all the humidity. Early morning may be escaping the heat but still feel the humidity somewhat draining. |

| Morning run round the golf course before it heats up, still very humid though. Kept it steady and didn't "try" anywhere. Will see if the speed sessions result in the "easy" pace slowly quickening up. |
