Steady easy run with no dramas. Purely easy pace with no efforts.

Easy cool down from an easy run. 10L, Kids playing kept getting in lap lane and am getting a bit frustrated at lifeguards not that concerned, but maybe I am just being a grump especially as this is just really a luxurious cool down.

Night for short reps so after 1.5 mile warm up 12x400 with 200 recoveries then a mile cool down. Pace for the 400s was at 5:52/mile pace. Felt OK and not "hanging on" at the end of each rep. Had backed off the pace from last week that was probably a little too fast. May edge it up a notch next week.

Easy run around paths at Jug Bay, seem to have lost my dibber at the chase and went back to try and find it. No luck but nice run and surprisingly cool in the trees.

Tuesday Jun 10

Running (Long Intervals) 58:30 [4]8.0 mi (7:19 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus
Standard long tuesday night intervals, 1.5 mile warm up then 6x800 and 2x400 all with 400 recoveries. Slightly faster and at about 5:56/mile pace. Felt OK and will aim to maintain same pace next week.
